அவர்களை மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் சிவராசு, மருத்துவமனை டீன் வனிதா, ஆகியோர் பழங்கள் கொடுத்த வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்தார். மருத்துவமனை ஊழியர்கள் கைகளை தட்டி விடை கொடுத்தனர்.

இவர்கள் தொடர்ந்த அவர்களது வீடுகளில் 14 நாள் தனிமை படுத்தபவார்கள் அதன் பின்னர் மருத்துவ சோதனைக்கு பின்னர் வழக்கமான பணியில் ஈடுப்படுவார்கள் என மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் தெரிவித்தார்.

1. Continue to serve the customers though the footfalls became very less due to lock out.

2. All the public conveyance like metros,buses, autos are stopped and the officers and employees are relying on their personal mode of conveyance.

3. In cities, the bankers are travelling even 40 kms one way in two wheelers.

4. About 40% of the workforce in the banks are women and majority of them are relying on the other male family members at home for dropping and pick up.

5. After 0500 pm the restrictions by the law enforcers are very strict and every corner the bankers are stopped to establish their identity.

6. It is strictly advised by the police not to move around after 0500 pm.

7. ABOVE ALL EVEN AFTER THE BUSINESS HOURS WE NEED MINIMUM OF TWO HOURS TO FINISH THE CLOSING RELATED WORKS TO PROCEED.

Thus to facilitate the bankers to reach home well in advance the demand of the AINBOF is acceded by THE GOVERNMENT Dominated SLBC.

Dear Canpals,

Our benevolent management has already issued guidelines which paved the way for permitting the handicapped, visually impaired and pregnant women to work from home.

By permitting the roster, it is indicated to permit the staff to come on rotation.

It may further be noted that the branch incharge shall take a decision at their level to implement the Bank’s directions and send the details for information to ROs.

Today the SLBC has also relaxed certain conditions like 10 to 2 pm Business hours, which was with the sole intention of permitting the bank staff to reach home early on completion of business hours and day closing related activities.

It is also permitted to retain 50% of the staff after permitting deserving people to work from home.

Kindly be in touch with the local government authorities and comply with their directions fully.

Follow the government guidelines on social distancing strictly and also seek the assistance of the police wherever required.

All the statutory issues are deferred till June which includes even the obtention of AOD.

Be careful in sending notices on recovery as it involves the reputation of our great bank.

On 13th almost all the bank branches, which includes 20 branches of Canara bank in Tiruvellore District are closed.

In Hubli, good number of our officers were asked to rest at home for 22 days from today as they have come across one corona patient a week back in the branch.

The above incidences must have given sufficient insight in to the need of the hour, for the responsible and seasoned bankers like us.

Country is undergoing health emergency and thus kindly take care of yourself and the society too which is more important at this juncture.

Branch managers are literate, committed and responsible individuals in the field level and they are capable of taking right decision at their level in the interest of our country, public and our great bank.

Dear CANPALS,

Although this pandemic situation appears unique with immeasurable

uncertainty, we all must, being part of essential services, contribute in

every possible way to overcome this crisis. It is heartening that so many

of us are contributing and reaching out to the deserving beneficiaries at

this critical juncture. We can take pride that we could contribute Rs.15.02

crores to the PM CARES Fund.

Besides the enormous efforts being taken by the Governments, many

Corporates and NGOs have plunged in with their dedicated resources to

fight this unprecedented crisis. Many have converted their business

premises (Hotels and resorts) into health centres and have commenced

R&D as well as manufacture of ventilators, respirators, masks, sanitizers

and allied equipments on a war footing.

India is not only poised to wriggle out of this virus threat on its own but it

is also capable of supporting other nations to come out of this situation.

Pharma supplies have already begun to rescue few countries out of this

calamity. We, as a Nation, are in the right direction.

It is true that COVID-19 has changed the economic scenario topsy turvy.

Our GDP growth rate may even fall below 2.5%.

Nevertheless, at the end of this grim situation, we would find that India's

health care Industry had grown by leaps and bounds.

On the agricultural front warehousing, cold storage and food processing

Industry is expected to grow manifold. On the financial services Sector perspective lot of dedicated service is being rendered by all of us not only

to sustain growth but to revive the economy.

On human life front, with ongoing introspection, human values would

have got reinforced, as never before, in order to preserve the environment

& species eco-system so as to live and let live leading to purification of air

and the Ozone layer thereby enhancing the quality of life.

This experience may even prompt, i wish and hope, the world leaders to

think of declaring a *"Global Lock Down"* annually for a few days so as to

make this world a better place to live.

Finally, even on personal front, we must make use of this situation to

prepare for & work with a strong commitment in order to achieve at least

one milestone/dream in our life by the time the lockdown is finally lifted.

As far as India is concerned, with some incubation period post virus

elimination, we should be able to gear up to regain the lost momentum in

a calibrated manner.

Let us all, in our respective roles, facilitate this endeavour. This pause

button on the Economy, i strongly believe, is temporary.

This too will pass.

*Tough times don't last but tough people do.* India's resilience to sail

through the turbulent times is robust & phenomenal. India is bound to

emerge as a strong nation & a super economic power by 2030. No force on this earth can stop transforming this aspiration into an

accomplishment.

Banker's want working hrs staff strength to be reduced

In the wake of the Covid 19 Crisis,the all India National ized bank officers federation has requested that working hours of banks be reduced apart from making a few other recommendatioconvener of the state level banking committee and the Reserve Bank of India

From 10am to 2pm apart from five other recommendations to the convener of the State Level Banking committee and the   Reserve bank of india.
The general Secretary of the federation G.V. Manimaran in a letter urged that working hours of the member bank s be made uniform from 10am to 2pm and that staff be rotated at branches by drawing a roster,by clubbing branches in urban and semi urban center s located within a radius of 5km. The banks can cut down on the number of branches and operate with limited staff at administrative  and back - end offices, he suggested.
He also suggested that employee s into administrative duty be allowed to work from home. The suggestion s while ensuring that basic banking services are available for customer s, will also reduce the risk of bankers being infected by Covid -19 , he said

திருச்சி மாவட்டம், மணப்பாறை காவல் நிலைய எல்லைக்குட்பட்ட பகுதிகளில் பறிமுதல் செய்யப்பட்ட மதுபாட்டில்களை அழிக்கும் பணி நடைபெற்றது. அப்போது காவல் நிலையத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியில் மதுபாட்டில்களை திறந்து மதுவை கீழே ஊற்றி விட்டனர். ஆனால் அந்த பணிகள் எல்லாம் முடித்து சென்று விட்ட பின்னர் அங்குள்ள புதர் போன்ற பகுதியில் சில மதுபாட்டில்கள் அப்படியே ஒரு சிறிய சாக்கில் இருப்பது தெரியவந்தது. இதுமட்டுமின்றி ஒரு லிட்டர் தண்ணீர் பாட்டிலிலும் முழுவதுமாக மதுவை நிரப்பி புதருக்குள் மறைத்தும் சாக்குப் பைகளில் முழு பாட்டிலை வைத்து இருந்தது தெரியவந்தது

பின்னர் இதுதொடர்பாக தகவல் அறிந்த செய்தியாளர்கள் சிலர் சம்பவ இடத்திற்கு சென்று அதை காட்சிகளாக பதிவு செய்வது பற்றி தகவல் அறிந்த போலீசார் மீண்டும் வந்து அந்த மதுபாட்டில்களை எடுத்துச் சென்றனர்.

இதுகுறித்து போலீசார் கூறும் போது அந்த மதுபாட்டில்களை திறக்க முடியாததால் அப்படியே விட்டுச் சென்றதாக கூறினர். ஆனால் ஒரு லிட்டர் தண்ணீர் பாட்டிலில் முழுவதுமாக மது நிரப்பப்ட்டது எப்படி என்று போலீசாரிடம் கேட்ட போது அதற்கான பதிலை தர மழுப்பி விட்டனர்.

 இதனால் ஒதுக்கி பதுக்கி வைக்கப்பட்ட மதுபாட்டில்களின் ரகசியத்தை அறிய காவல்துறை உயரதிகாரிகள் உடனடியாக விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை மேலோங்கி உள்ளது.

தொட்டியம் தாலுகாவில் சுமார் ஆயிரம் ஏக்கர் அளவில் பயிரிடப்பட்டுள்ள வாழை மரங்கள் தற்போது குலை தள்ளிய நிலையில் மரத்திலேயே நன்கு பழுத்த நிலையில் காணப்படுகிறது. தற்போது சுமார் ஒரு லட்சம் வாழை மரங்கள் அறுவடைக்கு தயாராக உள்ள நிலையில் 144 தடை உத்தரவினால்  வாழைதார்கள்   தோப்பில் இருந்து வெட்டி வெளியே எடுத்து வந்து சரக்கு வாகனங்கள் மூலம் பல்வேறு மாவட்டங்களுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்து வியாபாரம் செய்ய முடியாத நிலை உள்ளது. கொரோனா வைரஸ் பரவாமல் இருக்க பின்பற்றப்படும் சமூக இடைவெளி காரணமாக வாழை தார்களை வெட்டுவதற்கு  கூலி ஆட்களும் கிடைக்காத நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் வாழைத்தார்கள் தோப்பிலே பழுத்த நிலையில் தொங்குகிறது .இதை பறவைகள் வந்து கொத்தி தின்று சேதப்படுத்துவதுடன் , வாழைப்பழங்களும் அழுகி வீணாகிறது. எனவே விவசாயிகளை காக்கும் நோக்கில் தமிழக அரசு வாழைப்பழங்களை, மொத்தமாக கொள்முதல் செய்து தற்போது பணியாற்றும் அரசு மருத்துவர்கள், செவிலியர்கள், துப்புரவு பணியாளர்கள், நோயாளிகள் ஆகியோருக்கு வழங்கி விவசாயிகள் இழப்பை ஈடுகட்டும் வகையில் செயல்படவேண்டும். மேலும்  வைட்டமின்  சத்துள்ள வாழைப்பழங்களை சந்தைப்படுத்துவதற்கு அனுமதிக்கவேண்டும். நன்கு பழுத்து குலை தள்ளிய நிலையில் உள்ள வாழைப்பழங்கள் அழகுவதால் விவசாயிகளுக்கு பெருத்த நஷ்டம் ஏற்படும் .அரசு நஷ்டயீடு வழங்குவதாக இருந்தால் கூட ஏற்படும் நஷ்டத்திற்கு ஈடாக அரசால் உதவிட இயலாது. எனவே வீணாகும் வாழைப்பழங்களை பொதுமக்களுக்கு சென்றடையும் வகையில் சந்தைப்படுத்த அரசு உதவ வேண்டும் என்பதே இப்பகுதி விவசாயிகளின் கோரிக்கையாக உள்ளது.
