கோவிட் -19 ஆல் பாதிக்கப்படுவதற்கான அபாயத்தையும் குறைக்கும் வழிமுறை

ஐ அடுத்து, மாநில அளவிலான வங்கிக் குழு மற்றும் ரிசர்வ் வங்கி இந்தியாவின் கன்வீனர் ஆகியோரின் வேறு சில பரிந்துரைகளைத் தவிர்த்து, வங்கியின் வேலை நேரங்களைக் குறைக்குமாறு அனைத்து இந்திய வங்கி அதிகாரி கூட்டமைப்பு கோரியுள்ளது.

மாநில அளவிலான வங்கிக் குழு மற்றும் இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் கன்வீனருக்கு 5 பிற பரிந்துரைகளைத் தவிர்த்து காலை 10 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 2 மணி வரை படிவம்.

கூட்டமைப்பின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் ஜி.வி. மணிமரன் ஒரு கடிதத்தில், வங்கியின் உறுப்பினர்களின் வேலை நேரம் காலை 10 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 2 மணி வரை ஒரே மாதிரியாக மாற்றப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும், 5 சுற்றளவில் அமைந்துள்ள நகர்ப்புற மற்றும் அரை நகர மையங்களில் உள்ள கிளைகளில் ஊழியர்களை சுழற்ற வேண்டும் என்றும் வலியுறுத்தினார்.  கிளைகளின் எண்ணிக்கையை குறைக்க முடியும் மற்றும் நிர்வாக ஊழியர்களிடமிருந்தும் பின்புற அலுவலகங்களிலும் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களுடன் செயல்பட முடியும், என்று அவர் பரிந்துரைத்தார்.

நிர்வாக ஊழியர்களை வீட்டிலிருந்து வேலை செய்ய அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் பரிந்துரைத்தார். இந்த ஆலோசனை, அடிப்படை வங்கி சேவைகள் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குக் கிடைப்பதை உறுதிசெய்கையில், வங்கியாளர்கள் கோவிட் -19 ஆல் பாதிக்கப்படுவதற்கான அபாயத்தையும் குறைக்கும், என்றார்

Banker's want working hrs staff strength to be reduced

In the wake of the Covid 19 Crisis,the all India National ized bank officers federation has requested that working hours of banks be reduced apart from making a few other recommendatioconvener of the state level banking committee and the Reserve Bank of India

From 10am to 2pm apart from five other recommendations to the convener of the State Level Banking committee and the   Reserve bank of india.
The general Secretary of the federation G.V. Manimaran in a letter urged that working hours of the member bank s be made uniform from 10am to 2pm and that staff be rotated at branches by drawing a roster,by clubbing branches in urban and semi urban center s located within a radius of 5km. The banks can cut down on the number of branches and operate with limited staff at administrative  and back - end offices, he suggested.
He also suggested that employee s into administrative duty be allowed to work from home. The suggestion s while ensuring that basic banking services are available for customer s, will also reduce the risk of bankers being infected by Covid -19 , he said
